Return & Cancellation Policy – OYKO
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from OYKO. If you change your mind or something isn’t right, you have the right to request a return or cancellation in accordance with European Union consumer protection law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. After notification, you then have another 14 days to return the product.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
You may inspect the item during the reflection period as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, you may be responsible for any decrease in value.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide:
The return address and instructions on how to send the product back.
A return shipping label if applicable.

Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return concerns a defective or incorrect product.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request supporting photos or a short video to help us assess and resolve the issue quickly. If the claim is approved, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos or other relevant details. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Undelivered, Unclaimed, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
If a package is returned to OYKO because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the following applies:
We will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding original shipping costs, once the returned package has been received and inspected.
OYKO cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Packages returned to us by the carrier will be kept for 14 days. If we receive no response within this period, the package will be considered abandoned and safely disposed of.
8. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized products
Perishable or hygiene-related items once opened (e.g., used filters)
Gift cards or digital vouchers
9. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
